Harris County and Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation, is seeking qualified firms to provide a benchmarking study, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and strategic advisory services to support decision-making associated with the potential revitalization and redevelopment of NRG Park. Services will include evaluation of comparable sports and entertainment developments, analysis of redevelopment alternatives and public return, and strategic support related to future planning, negotiations, governance, financing, and implementation considerations.
