To provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform hydro jetting services and repairs on sanitary sewer lines, special waste traps, inbound and outbound lines to and from special waste traps, and perimeter drains in all buildings at NRG Park.

To perform the necessary inspections and maintenance for quarterly and annual inspections and five year testing on all Wet and Dry Fire Sprinkler Systems in NRG Park.

To provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform service to all traps at NRG Park.

To provide semi-annual preventative maintenance for, and repairs to, all automatic and manual roll up doors located at the facilities that make up NRG Park
